Minnesota Greens Are Feeling Blue

Things like this hap­pen when your moti­va­tion has noth­ing to do with your goal. Min­nesota said it wanted to gen­er­ate power but what it really wanted was to be green.  If they were plan­ning on using any of those wind tur­bines to keep them toasty warm this win­ter, right now they’re prob­a­bly shad­ing more towards the blue.
