Mullahs’ Brownshirts Bring Iran to Tipping Point

Iran has done what it could to infu­ri­ate the Mul­lah of Amer­ica but to no avail. So today they decided to see if they could infu­ri­ate their own peo­ple by resort­ing to vio­lence dur­ing the Ashura hol­i­day (which abjures vio­lence, and is one of Shi­ite Islam’s most impor­tant hol­i­days) and hav­ing their thugs kill the nephew of the man who prob­a­bly won the last elec­tion, Hus­sein Mous­savi.  Ali Mous­savi was run down and then peo­ple jumped from the car and pumped bul­lets into him.  It wasn’t a traf­fic accident.

Reports from Lebanon say they’re in the streets now and the killing of Moussavi’s nephew will most likely get things inter­est­ing.  Sol­diers are refus­ing orders and police are join­ing pro­test­ers, rem­i­nis­cent of what hap­pened in Poland and Rus­sia when the gov­ern­ment tried to get the army to fire on protesters.
