It all sounds so good.  And it feels so good when your get­tin’ orga­nized.  But then it hap­pens — reality!

A story in the Buf­falo News tells the sad tale.

Del­phine and Kevin Wash­ing­ton are liv­ing the Amer­i­can Dream, but with an ugly new twist.

What they didn’t real­ize was that it wasn’t a new twist, just  what kind of tor­sion hap­pens to you when you are tak­ing good­ies out of the bag and not ask­ing what they cost.

Del­phine and her fam­ily got a new house. Yea! And it was free!  Yea! And then when she and her fam­ily couldn’t move in right away the church payed her rent.  Yea! And the rent of the mem­bers of her fam­ily who are liv­ing off her. Yea!

But now she’s in trou­ble. Because instead of the four able-​​bodied males who are part of her fam­ily just going out ad mak­ing some money they had to sit around and wait for the church to pay their rent for six months. Now, that’s a drag! And it has them all pissed off.  Don’t think so? Just look at the picture.

The church! The city! The inspec­tors! Every­body is GUILTY! And Delphine’s gang knows it, too. Just look at them. They’re glarin at

YOU!

Still want that gov­ern­ment health care?  Think Del­phine and her crew are glad they got involved in this?

Hey, guys!  You got a house. Oh! No, you don’t! Only Kid­ding. You really do. Oops! Now you don’t.

Right now each one of these peo­ple is think­ing, I can go out and get a job doing prostate check­ups on rhine­ro­ceroses and it would be eas­ier than THIS!

And they’d be right. But once we have Obama Care and Obama Jobs and Obama School there won’t be any place you can go when you decide that it just isn’t worth the candle.

And Merry Christ­mas to Del­phine Wash­ing­ton and her rel­a­tives.  I pray that they have this thing resolved, and have the best Christ­mas they ever had.
