There is some­thing espe­cially piquant about a man impound­ing trail­ers belong­ing to the high­way depart­ment.  That’ll teach ‘em to leave their stuff by the roadside!

Neo-Neocon was one of the first blogs I hap­pened on to, one which made me real­ize that the insight­ful think­ing which had pretty much dis­ap­peared from where I used to get it was avail­able in a new venue.
